Archibus Hosting Services is approaching two decades of delivering premium Cloud services for Archibus.  The good news is that we are not slowing down. When we reviewed our timeline for our new web site it became apparent that we have been increasing the pace of our development, culminating in the two projects to introduce AI into the mix. We announce last week that we have had the first live demo of our AI project from our CEO and the official launch will take place in the coming weeks. These are exciting times. 

This year marks eighteen years since the creation of the Archibus Solution Centre for Hosting Services, which saw the introduction of the first subscription and cloud-based software model for Archibus in our marketplace. But the last few years have seen the introduction of a new Cloud model – Archibus Enterprise SaaS. In addition, we have delivered a raft of improvements in our Cyber and Information Security services.

Technology moves on apace, so we always look to take advantage of the best in Cloud infrastructure, as well as security, disaster recovery and compliance.

Our partners and clients are knowledgeable and demanding when it comes to deploying Archibus in the Cloud. Therefore, we must provide a turnkey hosting solution to deliver the benefits that they expect.

As a result, our solutions must be highly performing and reliable, whist remaining safe and secure. Our KPIs stand at 99.8% for reliability. As mentioned above, Archibus Hosting Services is an ISO 27001 accredited company. Our management practices underpin this reliability.

Growth of The Cloud for Enterprise Software

We take the strain of managing clients’ risk around topics such as compliance, data management and risk management, allowing their technical teams to focus on their core business.

Whilst these are important points the most obvious benefits of having Archibus in Cloud are financial. Our clients are concerned about removing financial risk of IT asset management, and they are looking for value for money and predictability of costs.

Our new business model for 2022 enhances these benefits for our partners and clients. In June of this year, we launched a consolidation our licensing and pricing models. The idea is to build on our Archibus Enterprise SaaS using the innovative Archibus term-based subscription framework, but with additional features. These features are those enjoyed by our latest clients offering improved flexibility such as new bundling options, and a variety payment programs.

Our Introduction of Artificial Intelligence to Support CAFM and IWMS

Also, we have the two game changing Artificial Intelligence projects mentioned above. Followers may remember our blog post in January where we announced these for 2025.

The first is to enable users and stakeholders to interact with IWMS and CAFM using natural language through AI. This removes a layer of complexity for any kind of request whether for maintenance, bookings, moves or finance. Also, it makes like so much easier for the user, increasing adoption and interaction. There is a lot of talk about AI for IWMS and CAFM in the Cloud in our marketplace but little sign of delivery. We intend to change that!

So, we will look to continue our delivery of secure, high performing Cloud solutions for Archibus and other software. Our focus on continuous improvement and accreditation means that our clients. Partners and Archibus Hosting Services can all look forward to a bright future.
