Archibus Middle East – A New Venture for AHS
Archibus Middle East, a subsidiary of the global Archibus Solution Center – Hosting Services (AscHS), has been established in the Middle East with a regional office located in Doha, Qatar.
Our aim is to enhance support for our existing clients in the region, crucially supplying localized implementation and consultancy. Having that local presence and access to our experts on the ground is very important to our clients. In addition, we will look to expand our user base through the provision of Real Estate and Facilities Management software solutions to new clients across the whole region.
This initiative highlights the Middle East’s increasing importance as a strategic location for global business expansion. The region is already offering opportunities across various sectors including Government, Outsourced Services, Petroleum and Gas, Finance, and Entertainment.
“We are well-positioned to establish deeper connections, foster partnerships, and deliver unparalleled service to businesses across the Middle East”
– Miguel Sanchez Miguel, CEO

Archibus Middle East is well positioned to serve the region. This is due to our combination of local expertise and the application of global practices, established over many years by the parent company, AscHS. The focus will be on providing solutions with Archibus and BruceBEM at the core of a variety of deployment models, including on-premise and Cloud where appropriate.
In terms of rolling out functionality we will look to respond to the specific regional requirements. These include optimizing building operations including reactive and planned maintenance, asset management and space management and utilization. Our solutions can be integrated with any in-house applications such as the Finance, HR and Procurement applications, as well as any IoT platform.
The story for our clients is about the appropriate use of the technology. Through this we look to provide a range of benefits so that clients can move the dial on their businesses, whichever sector they may occupy. These include:
Impacting financials – by reducing costs or enabling increase profitability
Asset optimisation – driving monetary value and establishing the foundation for everything else on this list. We aim to make asset management more predictable.
Risk and compliance – savings are one thing but the scale of problem that a lack of risk and compliance management can create is of a much higher order.
Stakeholder interests – helping make the built environment better for occupants and visitors alike. This can help reduce staff turnover and avoid the associated costs and drag on the business.
Environmental interests – helping to manage and improve key challenges such as energy, carbon and business impacts on the environment. This can enhance your company reputation and demonstrate values.
To reiterate, this initiative is an extremely exciting one for AscHS. Our expansion into the Middle East represents a significant milestone in our growth, enabling us to serve our clients in the region more effectively and provide localized support tailored to their specific needs.
